Wedding Fare,Libations and Entertainment

Catering is exclusively provided by Popi’s, with more than four decades of award-winning service in the Tampa-Bay area. Standard service includes butler passed appetizers, fully served buffet (with customizable tiered menu package upgrade and full service availability), as well as professionally trained and dressed staff.

Non- Alcoholic beverage service- which includes infused water, tea, coffee, garnishes, mixers, sodas and plastic glasses

Bar package options are available in beer and wine, call liquor, and premium liquor, or for a $12 pp corkage fee bring in your wine, beer and spirits and have our staff serve you

3 tier cake or dessert station cut and displayed by Popi’s catering staff and prepared by a professional Baker from our preferred vendor list.

Choice of a highly qualified DJ from our preferred vendor list guaranteed to get your party started and rolling for 5 hours

Standard China *, flatware, stemware, guest tables, sweetheart table, vendor tables, chairs are all included to accommodate up to 350 guests. Customize your wedding with over 50 color choices in freshly steamed polyester linen tablecloths and napkins, making design options endless.

Enjoy our air conditioned Galíni Retreat (bridal suite) which is a beautiful, serene, private room to prepare for your nuptials in peace and comfort. The fully airconditioned Etoimazo Suite (groom’s retreat) is a place to sequester yourself and your attendants away as you get ready for the wedding ceremony. Complimentary breakfast or lunch platters are provided in these rooms by Popi’s Catering for the wedding party to enjoy.

Beautifully appointed wedding hall featuring, grand chandeliers and sconce lighting above a space that will be designed to meet your needs. The large flexible space can accommodate gorgeous tablescapes, conveniently located bars, DJ equipment, photobooth area, cake table, and anything else you may need to create a memorable experience for your guests

A bonus loft space allows guests to look down upon the celebrations, provides your photographer a space to capture your entire wedding party and guests, an optional DJ location, or a fun way to introduce the Newlyweds

Safety Assurance

Keyless entry for the Galíni Retreat and Etoimazo Suite to ensure a secure space for personal items and valuables only accessible by appropriate Eliá staff and wedding party/ family members you wish to share the unique code with.

Trained staff members to handle emergency procedures such as fire evacuations, medical emergencies, and other potential threats.

Alcohol procedures for responsible alcohol service to help reduce intoxication and potentially disorderly conduct.

Parking attendant monitoring the parking lot and assisting guests

Clear communication between the bride and groom and the Eliá staff regarding security needs that may involve crowd control and guest list management.

Proof of insurance is required for all vendors prior to your Wedding day
